Responsible for leasing of commercial properties.  University of Virginia (1975) B.A. Over 31 years extensive experience in commercial real estate with hands-on involvement in all aspects of sales and leasing.  Former president of mid-sized real estate and development company.  Founded (1989) Rivanna Realty and Investment Company, a predominately commercial real estate firm with substantial client base of national as well as regional and local commercial tenants.  Rivanna and its affiliates leased and/or managed over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial and flex space properties in Central and Southwest Virginia and in North Carolina. In January 2007, Rivanna Realty merged with CB Richard Ellis, the major national and international real estate services firm, with Andrew being the Senior Vice President of their newly formed Charlottesville office. Married to the former Frances Radich, with two daughters.
